The primary function of the Construction Estimator is to organize, plan, negotiate, monitor, and accurately compile cost estimates for all commercial projects. REQUIREMENTS Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial construction and government cost estimating. Computer literate. Skill, Knowledge, and Abilities: Analytical and mathematical skills as related to construction cost estimating practices and procedures.
