About the Role: A Dumpling Trainee is tasked with preparing, putting together, folding, and steaming dumplings for guests. They operate in a show kitchen, requiring them to uphold a tidy and professional look. Training Expectations: Your journey at Din Tai Fung will begin as a Dumpling Trainee.
