Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will take pride in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a commitment to always demonstrating high standards of cleanliness as well as a passion for providing exceptional service every day. Responsibilities • Perform complete and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to our high standards of cleanliness. • Conduct industrial cleaning tasks, including floor care and routine deep cleaning and maintaining various surfaces. • Make beds, and replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed, ensuring all items are stocked and presented neatly. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. • Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner, according to our company standards • Assist with housekeeping management tasks as required, including training new staff members. • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel. Qualifications • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality. • Take pride in doing good work • Consistency, showing up to work every shift, on time • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • A positive attitude towards hospitality and customer service. • Must be able to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 25 pounds. • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but is not required.
