MANAGER FOR SMALL MOTEL (Pompano Beach)

WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL OR COUPLE WHO HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE MANAGING OR WORKING IN A MOTEL OR B&B FOR NO LESS THAN TWO YEARS. Live in position. Includes a studio apartment with utilities plus a $3,000 a month fee for services. You will be responsible for both check in and back-end management including check in/ check out, accounting, customer service, housekeeping, laundry, grounds keeping, maintenance/handyman duties and more. Must be reliable and organized. Must also be available to interview. Prior experience with hotel/motel management is REQUIRED-no exceptions. Must be available to start this month. Job Requirements: Overall operation of Motel w Check in / Check out Housekeeping Laundry Reservations; Motel uses Room Master Guest relations Experience in marketing a small Motel through social media, advertising, media, etc. Interacting with guests to make their stay at the Motel a pleasant memorable one - one that will bring them back. This is a great opportunity for the right person or couple with knowledge of the hospitality industry, maintenance, housekeeping and guest service. The success of our 9 room friendly motel will be completely dependent on your contribution and enthusiasm. The Motel does not have a support staff. The entire property is managed and maintained by the individual or couple hired. This is not a management position or an office job. You will be required to get dirty cleaning rooms while maintaining a professional demeanor both on the phone and in person.
