Apply stains, sealers, primers, and topcoats using advanced spray equipment in a controlled finishing environment. Operate and maintain spray equipment (conventional, air-assisted airless, airless). Inspect finished pieces for consistency and quality control. Follow safety procedures for handling finishes and spray equipment. Collaborate to meet deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized finishing area. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in wood finishing, preferably in high-end architectural or custom millwork. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large wood components safely.

MW4H is looking for a certified structural stick welder ASAP in Mediapolis, IA for 2-weeks+. MUST have welding certs. Work will include, but not be limited to, adding on a new gym and classrooms which are constructed out of precast and steel, etc. Must have all welding gear and PPE, including harness and lanyard.
