This is a key leadership role for a strategic thinker who is passionate about quality service, team development, and operational excellence. ​Key Responsibilities ​Team Leadership & Management: Oversee, train, and mentor our team of professional cleaners. Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor allocation to ensure all cleaning projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members. Foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment. ​Client Relations & Quality Control: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Proactively address client feedback and resolve any service-related issues to ensure complete satisfaction and high client retention. Implement and manage a quality assurance program, including regular site inspections and audits. ​Operational & Financial Oversight: Manage and control operational budgets, including labor and supply costs. Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as client satisfaction, team productivity, and financial performance. ​Recruitment & Training: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new cleaners. Personnel are part of the team for the grounds & buildings. Keeping a friendly, clean & safe environment for our residents is our top priority. This role includes: snow removal & light grounds keeping. Knowledge of general maintenance including plumbing, carpentry & light electrical. Painting drywall repairs. Position Overview: The Construction Crew Member will assist in the execution of construction projects under the supervision of the Foreman and other project leaders. This role involves performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including manual labor, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring the site is clean and safe. The Construction Crew Member will work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. General Labor: o Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment. o Assist in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures, scaffolding, and other site installations. o Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. 2. Site Preparation and Cleanup: o Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring the area is safe for work. o Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing waste, unused materials, and hazardous items. o Follow proper waste disposal procedures to comply with environmental and safety regulations. 3. Tool and Equipment Operation: o Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery under the guidance of the Foreman or experienced crew members. o Assist in the setup and operation of heavy machinery as needed. o Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. 4. Material Handling: o Transport materials to and from the jobsite as directed. o Assist in the accurate measurement, cutting, and preparation of materials for construction tasks. o Ensure materials are stored properly to prevent damage or loss. 5. Safety and Compliance: o Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. o Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. o Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near-misses to the Foreman immediately. 6. Team Collaboration: o Work cooperatively with other crew members, Foremen, and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. o Follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. o Assist other crew members as needed to meet project deadlines. 7. Quality Assurance: o Perform tasks with attention to detail to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications. o Report any issues or defects in materials or workmanship to the Foreman. Qualifications: • Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions. • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions. • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols. Work Schedule: • Standard Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (40 hours per week). • Overtime: May be required based on project needs and must be preapproved by the Foreman or supervisor.

We are looking for an experienced shop manager to help us in the daily operations of our landscaping business. Daily duties would be to make sure all equipment is working properly, (sharpening blades for mowers, and hedge trimmers, fixing backpack blowers, weed whips and edgers, bed edgers, basically every power tool we use in the business), all equipment is accounted for daily, making sure all of our trucks are serviced properly and regularly, (oil changes, air filters, washer fluid, wipers etc. etc.) keeping the shop clean at all times, organization is a must. Also a good knowledge of snow removal equipment is a must too. We use Boss plows and Polaris Sportsman quads with plows in the winter so those need to be maintained as well. We also have skid loaders and an excavator. Those need maintenance too but for any large repairs we take them to Michigan Cat. Sometimes, you will be required to deliver material to job sites, pick up parts for supplies etc. etc. You need experience specifically in this industry. Great work ethic is an absolute must.
