!! $1000.00 sign on bonus available for experienced Builders!! Lafferty aluminum and screening is currently in search of qualified screen installers. Positions available are: •Builders- Assembly/installation of pool enclosures/ composite rooms •Rescreen/Service crews- installation/replacement of existing screens, fasteners, and hardware on pool enclosures •Wraps/fill panel crews- installation of screen walls under existing trussed patios. We are looking for installers eager to join the Lafferty team with the ability to progress and take on more responsibilities with the company. Pay is extremely competitive I can almost guarantee if you join the Lafferty team and are a experienced/qualified installer you will make more than any other aluminum company in town. Show up to our shop any morning and ask the installers here. New installers with no experience can expect $17-22/hr based off work ethic. Experienced installers have the option for PIECE WORK and/or new installers can split the piece work with the lead on the crew. Job requirements: •(preferred)a valid drivers license •(preferred)a clean driving record for insurance •Must be able to lift 60lbs •arrive at shop Monday thru Friday at 7:30am •have good communication skills to interact with customers and other crew members.
