Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Line Cook, Busser, Front Waiter, Catering Server, Food Runner, Recreation Staff, Night Auditor (Part-Time), and Banquet Utility Worker to join the team. Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn – a Relais & Chateaux hotel – is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none. The property features guest rooms that are perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a banquet facility, and two restaurants featuring the talents of the culinary team. About the Position: Line Cook: In the Line Cook role, you will be preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food for guests. $20-$25/Hour! Busser: In the Aurelia Busser Role, you will be contributing to a pleasant dining experience by cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, or (at times) serving food. $19-$25/Hour! Front Waiter: In the Aurelia Front Waiter Role, you will be interacting, taking orders, and serving meals to guests in the dining area while assisting the Server. $25-$35/Hour! Catering Server: In the Catering Server role, you will serve patrons food and beverages during banquet events. $22/Hour! Food Runner: In the Food Runner role, you will be calling out and verifying food orders in the restaurant, while also Assisting with delivery of food (or beverage when necessary) to guests. $18/Hour plus tips! Recreation Staff: In the Recreation Staff role, you will coordinate activities of recreation services. Lead guest activities, and will greet and direct guests cordially. $16/Hour! Night Auditor: The Part-time Night Auditor is responsible for the accuracy of all Castle Hill paperwork generated by the Restaurant, Hotel and Catering Point of Sale Systems. This will be an overnight position from 11PM – 7AM. $22-$25/hour! Banquet Utility Worker: We are creating one great team that will work together to set up & serve highly customized special event throughout the season. Our events are mostly weddings, making the bulk of our business weekend evenings. $22/hour!
