We’re looking for a roommate to join our friendly and inclusive household in Northside (Historic Deutschtown). The room is fully furnished and for single occupancy only. Shared spaces include 2 kitchens, 3 common bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and a bar/lounge. We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly, diversity-welcoming home. The house already has a cat and a Portuguese Water Dog (non-shedding). Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate additional pets due to past experiences. We’re a group of liberal-minded professionals and students in our mid to late 20s–30s. We enjoy a balance of socializing and respecting each other’s personal space. There’s a semi-stocked bar, so we ask that roommates be 21 or older. The lease is month-to-month with a 60-day notice. First and last month’s rent are required before move-in.
