We’re a Los Angeles-based IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a skilled and reliable Mac IT Support Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity. You’ll support one of our fast-paced, fully Mac-based production clients and play a key role in providing day-to-day technical assistance in a hybrid remote and onsite capacity. This position begins with a short-term contract (30–60 days) with the goal of transitioning into a part-time W-2 employee role if the fit is right. You’ll work approximately 20 hours per week, primarily remote, with possible weekly visits to the client’s metro Los Angeles location.
