Job Summary: The Warehouse Technician is responsible for cleaning and processing medical equipment that comes back from the field, as well as performing general warehouse maintenance duties in support of the daily operations. This position has room for advancement which would include assisting in front end operations, receiving stock shipments, and other warehouse projects set forth by the management team. Looking for in home care for my aunt and uncle who are in their late 80s. Both are in good shape for their age. Ideally you are already registered as an IHSS provider. If not, you would be going through the process to become a provider and get paid through IHSS. The current pay for a provider is $20.04/hr. Working a max of about 110hrs a month. They're both great people. They are Korean and speak English well. You don't have to be a Korean speaker. Just need to have experience, patience and compassion. Qualifications: -Female provider -In 20s-40s of age due to the house work and carrying things up and down stairs to apartment -Have a consistent way to get to work -Punctual Tasks include: -Helping around the house with some cleaning and organizing -A plus if you cook (they're mainly pescatarian, eat Korean food, willing to try different things but my uncle is diabetic) -Taking my uncle out for a walk in the area -Driving to get groceries and prescriptions as needed -Driving one or both for doctor visits -Taking uncle on walks around the neighborhood -Having a car would be great -May make phone calls for them to help navigate the medical system for appointments and questions they have -Cleaning and tidying the house Experiences: -You've worked with senior care before -Be consistent and reliable -Good communicator -Cooking skills a bonus Will go over the job in more details once we talk. The hiring process would include a phone interview to go over the role and questions, and then an in-person meeting with them to make sure its a fit. If we proceed, I'll be training you on their routine for a few days until it feels like you're in a good flow.
