Line Cooks Responsibilities: Prep and cook food to order following Cinderlands' recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Keep up with high-volume service while delivering quality dishes. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for creating great food. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible availability (nights and weekends). Dishwashers Responsibilities: Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and dishwashing station. Assist with basic kitchen prep as needed. Work alongside the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a positive, hardworking attitude throughout the shift.
