Job Description: We’re looking for a caring and reliable Assistant Teacher to join our home daycare. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children while supporting their growth and development. Responsibilities: • Supervise and ensure the safety of children during all activities • Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, hygiene, and nap routines • Lead and participate in age-appropriate educational and play-based activities • Maintain cleanliness and organization of daycare spaces • Communicate with parents about daily updates and any concerns • Follow state licensing rules and keep required records Requirements: • Experience in childcare or early education preferred • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) • Patient, dependable, and able to manage multiple children • Must pass background checks and meet licensing standards This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood care and looking to make a difference in a home-like, loving environment.
