🚨 Now Hiring Riding Instructor – Summer & Beyond 🚨 Olympia, WA We are looking for an experienced, upbeat, and safety-minded riding instructor to join our team! Our program is thriving ao we are looking for someone who can step in confidently and create a positive learning environment for our amazing riders. 🟣 What we are Looking For: • Age 21+ • Minimum 7 years of horse experience • Solid background in English riding – jumping experience a huge plus • Comfortable teaching up to 3 riders at a time, ages 4+, with assistance • Must genuinely enjoy working with kids • Equine therapy experience? Bonus points! 🟡 Current Hours: • Thursdays: 3:30–7:30 PM • Sundays: 9:00 AM–2:30 PM ➡️ Additional hours available if desired (lessons, camps, adult ground lessons possible) 🟢 Ideal Traits: • Safety-conscious, with attention to detail • Supportive and encouraging teaching style • Reliable, punctual, and has a great sense of humor • A natural leader with high standards of horse care •Ability to communicate maturely with me and adapt to the program’s structure without getting defensive or taking it personal.
