AK Clearwater Mechanical, a plumbing and heating company based in Wasilla, Alaska, is seeking a well-rounded individual with a positive attitude to fill a receptionist position in a very busy office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, relaying messages, scheduling service appointments, cleaning, filing, scanning documents, and occasionally running errands. They must be self-starter, able to follow direction, and perform with minimal supervision. Basic office skills and knowledge of Mac computers are essential. Working knowledge of technical tools and platforms required to achieve the delivery of engaging and media-rich online learning content, including but not limited to Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia. Technical aptitude and open-mindedness to learn to use new software and hardware tools and platforms as needed to deliver efficient and engaging online content. Ability to adhere to organization branding, policies, and procedures impacting online course development. Thorough understanding of workload prioritization and how projects may impact work being done on other courses or within other organizational teams. Proficiency in analytical, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, collaboration and negotiation skills.
