Our inspectors don’t just find problems—they help people make confident decisions during one of the biggest moments of their lives. 🔍 What You'll Do: Perform detailed, high-standard home inspections. Collaborate with our Office Manager for scheduling and coordination. Deliver clear, concise inspection reports within 24 hours. Provide exceptional service to clients and agents. Remain available for post-inspection questions and follow-up. Engage in ongoing training and industry certifications. ✅ What You Bring: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in home inspection, construction, or real estate (preferred). Able to lift 80 lbs, work on roofs, and navigate attics/crawlspaces. Comfortable with ladders, heights, and outdoor elements. Proficient in email, typing, and basic tech; willing to learn inspection software. High school diploma or equivalent required; college is a plus. Available for some evenings and every other Saturday. Must pass a background check, drug screening, and have a clean driving record. ASHI, NACHI, or ICC certification is a bonus—not required. 💼 What We Offer: W2 employee position with strong first-year earning potential ($65K–$72K+).
