The Info Agency's primary area of expertise is the investigation of injured worker's claims, which requires a tremendous amount of surveillance. Surveillance efforts are usually concentrated on injured workers that are employed by large corporations and/or involved in auto accidents. The Info Agency also provides services such as record searches, background searches and recorded statements as well as undercover operations for large corporations. Job Description The Info Agency Investigators specialize in surveillance. The Investigator will be required to establish and maintain surveillance, occasionally for an extended period. Surveillance is conducted from the Investigator's personal vehicle and is usually established at the subject's residence. During surveillance the Investigator will video, document and report the subject's daily activities. Applicant Qualifications NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Applicants do not need to have experience in the investigations industry to be considered for this position. However, you must be a quick thinker and creative problem solver in order to be a successful Investigator. Training will be provided. New employees will be required to obtain a Private Investigator's License from the Texas Department of Public Safety - Private Security Bureau. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and must NOT have been arrested, charged and/or convicted in any jurisdiction of a Felony and/or a Class B misdemeanor or equivalent offense. All applicants' are subject to the requirements of the state agency with governing jurisdiction. Applicants must be able to conduct surveillance for extended periods from their personal vehicles. An Investigator must become proficient in the art of "tailing" (following a subject in an automobile). Investigators must be able to travel for extended periods and must be readily available on short notice as all investigators are considered to be "on call" (available) 24 hours / day and 7 days / week. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Prior experience working housekeeping preferred. • Outgoing and customer oriented personality. • Remove trash and replace liners in public trash cans (common area cans). • Perform general maintenance tasks such as blowing out of breezeways, pressure-washing, removal of cobwebs, dusting of handrails, cleaning of light fixtures, removal of pet waste, non-organic waste and other debris from the grounds, grassy areas, parking lots, and walk ways on property. • Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, polishing stainless steel, straightening of furniture, and removal of waste. • Removal of furniture, trash, and other household items from vacated rooms. • Cleaning and running of compactors, picking up loose and bagged trash from around the compactor area. • Cleaning and clearing trash and debris from chute rooms, trash rooms, and dumpster areas. • Grill and appliance cleaning. • Must pass a background check and drug test. • Flexibility to work and/or be on call during service hours. • Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions. • Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs, walk distances, and be exposed to disagreeable odors. • Other duties as assigned.
