Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Security Shift Supervisor position provides direct supervision and leadership for the security officers/staff on duty for all shift(s) and ensures the safety of owners, residents, guests, tenants, and employees and ensures that the day-to-day operations, policies, and procedures are adhered to under the supervision of AOAO Management. Preserve the quiet and safe enjoyment for residents, guests, owners, and staff. Follow standards, policies & procedures and ensure implementation. Prepare and maintain reports and records regarding all property incidents. Written daily shift logs and reports, photo documentation and camera surveillance. Log all visitors, contractors, vendors and guest to ensure all are properly registered. Communicate with tenants, residents, and owners regarding covenants, rules and violation notices. Enforcement of house rules (issue warnings, and citations for rule violators). Work with site vendors and contractors and respond to their needs/requests for follow up.
