$760 / 1br - searching someone to replace the other room (W Ohio St, Chicago, IL)

Yo! And unfortunately, my roomie bailed the day before (thanks Jake 🙄 ) so I am looking for someone to sub the other room in our sweetass loft on W Ohio. The space: Bedrooms are massive in each unit with a standard exposed brick walls of Chicago. The community bath is fairly clean but I swear it is lool We have the bit you want + we have a pretty coffee machine. It all depends on the living area, makes the difference- there is a comfortable couch to watch the Chicago Bears. An extra parking place adds on another 50 dollars a month. You can as well walk downtown to work, get home to the River North bars by scurrying and impress your parents at the Navy Pier. Blue line exactly where it is, right exactly in front of Whole Foods. It is quite spacious, even though there is also a lot of walking traffic. Well, to put it right, it is about me. I am 24 and am a full-time employee, in the field of marketing, and travel as far as Milwaukee on weekends to visit my girl. I am not a cook by any means, but I attempt to make sure the kitchen does not go up in flames. I guess I am relatively clean, I simply do not go crazy. Employed (obvs) I do not require you to contract electric/internet. Fine with having people over occasionally I like a house with someone who is a dog fan - hope to have dog soon Nobody is charging you extra and you can instantly borrow, provided that your credit is not awful. Good honest answers - what do you do and why you are not a problematic roommate 😂
