$750 Private Room for Rent in Powderhorn

Will not respond to multiple “is this available” messages) I’m looking for a female roommate to share a 3BR/2 BA upper duplex, located in Powderhorn, available now. Fully furnished apartment (room is unfurnished), in a newly renovated duplex, with high ceilings and hardwood floors. Completely remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer in the unit. All the floors have been refinished, all new windows, a brand new wooden sun deck and a spacious three season porch. The front and backyard space is shared with the lower unit. There are two rooms available, one in September 1st and one on October 1st, both monthly rents are the same. Rent is $750 a month + gas, electricity, and internet which is split 3 ways. A one year lease is required and upon moving in you would pay first month’s rent + security deposit (1 month’s rent). No pets unfortunately. No smoking. Street parking (easy to find).
