The original section of this home was a mansion built in the 1870s, with two large additions added as the home became a convent, and later a boy's boarding school. It now features a unique and eclectic mix of studio apartments and sleeping rooms (private bedrooms with shared/common bathroom space). All utilities are included in rent, and there's coin laundry available in the building. Cats are welcome with a refundable deposit and pet fee, but please note this is a dog-free building. There are a few units available, including both apartments and sleeping rooms. In addition, we now have a new community center for all tenants to enjoy, offering a great space to relax and socialize with neighbors.
