Hi. I'm renting my upstairs bedroom. It's like a loft and spacey. Shared space included the kitchen, and full access to the 2nd (shared) bathroom. Rent is $700/month or $175/week. Currently the AC is not working so terms are liberal. The house is in a decent neighborhood and fully fenced in. Nice home. Please note - Upon agreement some of the funds will be utilized towards an AC window unit so that your stay will be more enjoyable. Additional Terms can be accommodated and will be considered.
