Hello! Our names are Christie and Aily, we are young creatives in our mid 20's looking for a third roomie. Our previous roommate Grace moved back home recently, we're looking for a like-minded individual to fill the space and sign on to our 1-year lease. We have a small miniature poodle named Charlie, he's the sweetest! The apartment is three beds total, with extra space upstairs for an office/art studio. We are on the top floor of the small, 3-unit building, a skylight in the living room and another in the bedroom; and have a private roof deck. Washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher as well. We have two baths, one in the common area you'd be sharing with Aily; and a private bath in Christie's room (which you can also use need be :-) ).
