A designated parking spot can be shared with just one other roommate (though parking is easier here than anywhere else in the city). You would be living with three women in their 30's in a friendly and harmonious household, where everyone contributes to keeping the place clean and comfortable. We are located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood in the Presidio, with the beach just steps away and hiking, walking, and biking trails in all directions. There are also convenient transportation options very close by - the 29 bus stop and a new Lyft bike station are just a couple blocks away, and the free Presidio shuttle stop is on the same street. You could live in a wonderful park and fall asleep to the sounds of waves while being only a 15-min walk away from the restaurants, cafes, and shops on Geary or Clement.
