$1,300 Room w/own bathroom and utilities included (West Hollywood/Mid city)

I’m looking for like minded professional to share my apartment with! I’m in West Hollywood/brentwood area. I have 2 cocker spaniels that are sweethearts. The room is private and pretty big with walk in closet, you have your own bathroom. All utilities are included. We have a house keeper that comes once every two weeks. (Common areas only) A lil about me. I’m 38 male professional, single and so I do go out and have a semi social life. I don’t smoke or drink although 420 is okay. Room is available for move in now, Rent is $1300 a month with 1300 deposit, no credit check. Room is for 1 person, but will entertain couple with higher rent.
