$400 / 130ft2 - Wellness office with treatment bed (ditmas park Bklyn)

Professional inquiries only, please. Are you looking for a space 1 or 2 days a week to do your healing work? Tired of the high prices people charge for their spaces? This beautiful space is nestled in a Victorian home in Ditmas Park. It is quiet and safe, and offers your clientele an escape from the buzz of the city during their healing session with you. Suitable for group therapy, massage, hypnosis, reiki, and other modalities. Some space is available in the room if you have a cupboard or shelving unit to store your accessories. The room can also accommodate online meetings or video making. A shared bathroom is on the same floor for practitioners and guests. There is another office here used for talk therapy on the other side of the bathroom (a shower is available). The office door locks, and there is keypad entry for both the office room as well as the exterior door. Noise machine in the hallway. Space is available for your use Wednesdays and Fridays 9-6pm. One day per week is $400, so regardless if there are 4 or 5 Wednesdays, or Fridays that month, you pay $400. Both days per week is $800. Deposit required, and we can run month to month. Please let me know which day (or both) you're interested in when you reply. Note: I'm choosing to keep the price lower because I struggled with the higher costs so many spaces charge now. It's more important to me to share space with people who care about their healing modality, their community, and who are on their own path of inner work. I would like to connect with you to ensure we have likeminded ideas about sharing a healing space. I have used a shared space for four years in Manhattan previous to this, and have learned a lot about space etiquette! Communication is really what it's all about, plus a nice attitude. :-) That way, we ensure the space remains a peaceful oasis for our clients depending on us for a positive wellness experience. About me: I'm a Level 3 QHHT Practitioner, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique for over 5 years. I am one of 70 in the world, across dozens of countries, with the highest experience level.
