Requirements Responsibilities Supports the Operations Manager in team development and works with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth communication to achieve the team's success Follows standard operating procedures established by management Receives, inspects, handles, and stocks inbound products Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines the condition and completes paperwork Assigns delivery tasks to delivery drivers according to the volume of goods in the warehouse Shares knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs Interacts with customers and suppliers, answer questions, and resolving issues Tracks and reporting on operational performance Maintains policy and procedure documents Optimizes operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards Assists with the implementation of new processes and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred.
