JOB DESCRIPTION: Through our structured, hands-on learning program immersed in the Pensacola branch, we’ll teach you company and industry knowledge. Included in this training is branch operations and procedures, the sales process, and a comprehensive approach to recruiting temporary workers. Upon completion of the 3-month training program, you will relocate with our assistance and investment into a new market and supervise the sales and operations of an Action Labor branch location. The MIT will work closely with existing Branch Managers and mentors who will teach all the necessary and required skills to grow and advance your career in the staffing industry. As an Action Labor MIT, you will learn our business from day one while based out of our local Pensacola branch. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Action Labor to customers and partners and become the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. A method for learning and practicing those skills. And a set of criteria by which to rate yourself. It establishes the focus for your activities over the first 90 days of your employment. And a timeline for completing these important training events and tasks. While gaining Action Labor and Staffing knowledge is certainly important, this training approach is more about results. Concepts learned in a classroom environment take time to develop into actual skills. This program will require practice, dedication and commitment, and more practice to develop to a high level of competence. This program will organize your approach and set you up for success.
