Free Rooster, 10 weeks old, town doesn't allow roosters (Salem)

We bought 4 hens and one grew up to be a rooster. He is an Easter Egger from Cackle Hatchery. Our town does not allow roosters and we need to rehome him. He is very friendly and protects the hens well. His name is London. He is 3 weeks older than the attached picture. I am in Salem MA but will bring him to southern NH.
