Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Master’s degree in social work, behavioral science, school counseling, or a related field. Expertise in using data to evaluate student intervention effectiveness and inform future strategies. Proven experience in higher education, student counseling, behavioral specialization, or related student-focused areas. Familiarity with students facing behavioral challenges and knowledge of student development and learning theories. Position Overview: Requirements What you'll do Report to the Director of PBIS and support grades K–12. Track intervention effectiveness using data tools, providing clear outcomes and recommendations. Manage a digital database for PBIS records, observations, and intervention plans. Serve as the liaison between school teams, the PBIS committee, and upper administration. Conduct classroom and school environment observations to evaluate PBIS implementation and provide actionable feedback. Coach staff on implementing Tier 1 and Tier 2 PBIS strategies and supports culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices. Meet biweekly with school leadership to review implementation progress, analyze data, and adjust strategies. Ensure all support and interventions align with culturally responsive and trauma-informed best practices. Engage families through meetings, workshops, and personalized training sessions. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with PBIS/MTSS best practices.
