You can expect to see much of the work we completed while watching a game or event on tv. Crews which you will be assigned to will be no more than 5 employees and will travel from job to job together as a crew. Full Time, Consistent and Year-Round Work without having to wonder when or if the next assignment is coming. Work Environment is generally outdoors so you will be in the sun and fresh air while building. Overnight Travel will be the routine and you can be away from home for 90+ days at a time. Travel Accommodations and hotel lodging will be arranged and provided by InProduction. We stay two crew members to a room. Hotel rooms will usually have small kitchens so you can prepare meals. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Build and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrails Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project specific plans and layouts Inspecting all scaffold components prior to assembly Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials Load and unload equipment and materials form truck and vehicles Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules Other duties as required Requirements Background Check and Drug screening required Valid driver's license preferred, with good driving record. Accurately log and track documents received and dispatched. Assist customers with mailing services including certified, overnight, and international shipping options. Explain processes clearly and guide clients through fingerprinting and mail services. Handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Follow all operational and safety procedures as outlined in company policies and applicable laws. Verify customer identities using government-issued photo IDs. Ensure accuracy and compliance with California Department of Justice (CA DOJ) fingerprinting standards. Successfully obtain and maintain a valid and active certification from the CA DOJ to perform fingerprinting services. Assist customers with understanding and completing fingerprinting forms and requirements. and other duties as assigned. Requirements and Skills: Successfully obtain or already have an active fingerprint roller certification from the California Department of Justice (CA DOJ). Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance. Familiarity with handling sensitive personal data (e.g., secure mail, compliance protocols). Prior experience in Live Scan fingerprinting, mailroom operations, or document processing. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Execution of field work involved in asbestos abatement projects while under direct or indirect supervision. Direct and supervise project-assigned labor forces including the following job classification: foremen, equipment operators, hazardous waste technicians, and emergency response crews etc. to maintain competent completion of their duties. Correct completion of all job-specific, employee-related MER paperwork including Timesheets, Daily Work Reports, Driver’s Logs and Daily Tailgate Safety Meeting Forms. Understand and enforce project’s detailed scope-of-work to optimize strict compliance with contract documents, project schedules, and corporate policies and procedures. Under general direction from Logistics Manager, Program/Project Manager and/or Division Manager, forecast and organize the cost-effective utilization of project personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to minimize unneeded project cost resulting in higher profit. Work safely and ensure that the crew is working safely during all phases of performing the job duties required in the field. Ability to perform work inside areas of varying dimensions, involving squatting and crawling for possible extended periods. Ability to follow directions; read/speak and understand English; read and understand common danger placards / labels and hazardous warning literature including site safety plans. The ability to safely drive and perform safety checks on all vehicles for which licensed. Project work may require out of town travel for two weeks or more. Must be able to understand and comply with company and client safety standards. The retail side of our multi-faceted shop includes glass cutting for residential homes and design firms, in addition to providing supplies and service to glass arts students and professionals alike. The gallery includes gifts that represents over 50 local glass artists, and features a changing monthly art opening. Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Location: Worldwide Locations Clearance: ACTIVE Top-Secret The CSTs shall demonstrate knowledge of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, construction principles and devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services for the purpose of clandestine surveillance. CSTs shall become thoroughly knowledgeable of Department of State security procedures and the level of security required in various parts of each facility under construction/renovation. CSTs must be able to effectively communicate in English, as well as be able to write detailed reports, analyses of problems, findings, and security situations which require staff actions. CSTs shall be capable of independent decision-making, possess a high degree of individual initiative, and function with minimal supervision. The CSTs are required to maintain detailed daily notes during their tour of duty. CST Notes are to be submitted to the Contractor’s Team Leader who will review them for accuracy and present them to the SSM for review. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate proposed inspection equipment. Utilize knowledge of all construction disciplines, to include civil architectural, mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering principles. Read and analyze designs and blueprints and recognize the architect's intended use. Analyze designs and structural complexities, which are intended to mask an ulterior purpose not intended by the architect. Exercise knowledge of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, construction principles, and the types of devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services for the purpose of clandestine surveillance. Write detailed reports in English and complete the analyses of issues, findings, and security situations which require staff action. Maintain daily logs during their tour of duty. Requirements Construction Surveillance Technicians must have at least five (5) years’ experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise: Construction security surveillance Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Industrial or government security involving counterintelligence Construction quality assurance Hands-on supervisory construction experience U.S. Citizen. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Have and maintain a Top-Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. Active CST certification preferred. In good physical health and meet medical requirements for the position. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experienced in the use of alarm systems, metal detectors, x-ray device, and closed-circuit television systems. Capable of reading and speaking English, and be able to write legible, concise reports in English.
