Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Seal coat applicators for temp-to-perm project in the Lebanon, TN area. WEEKLY PAY! TEMP-TO-PERM! PAY: $21-23/hour (based upon experience) HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays 5 days per week (some OT available) SCHEDULE: 7:00 am-3:30 pm START DATE: ASAP Responsibilities: Apply seal to new paving projects. Cleaning, repairing, and ensuring proper drainage of the area to be seal coated. Ensuring the sealcoat is applied evenly and meets quality standards. Applying sealcoat using appropriate methods like squeegees or spray wands, and potentially using other tools like crack fillers. Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order. Following all safety procedures and protocols, including those related to working with asphalt and construction equipment. Loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining a clean job site. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in operating various tools and equipment, including sealcoating equipment. Understanding the process of sealcoating and asphalt maintenance. Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Valid driver's license is required.
