We are looking to enlarge our team that make a new material that is needed worldwide! . Our Research and Development team has worked diligently for nearly 20 years to get to this point. WE NOW NEED TO MOVE FORWARD TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF VOLUME PRODUCTION! We are looking for a few Jacks of all trades, semi-retired or retired, seeking a part-time opportunity that could very well grow into something huge. You would need a background in welding, plumbing, and electrical work. We are looking for a few good men who are team players! ( Former Military personnel are welcome!!! ) We would like you to help and observe what we do for a short period to possibly manage your own crew. We need someone who learns quickly and can assist a man as his apprentice for a while DURING THE SUMMER, IT IS HOT, AND WITH THE REFRACTOR IS RUNNING, IT IS EVEN HOTTER. SO HYDRATION IS VERY IMPORTANT! Shift runs from 6 am to 4 pm, 5 days, sometimes 6 days a week For now, we run 2 weeks straight and stop for a week, sometimes 2, before we start back up. This is why we say part-time in the beginning! We eventually will be running full-time, and 2 and 3 shifts will be needed That is our ultimate goal, and it will happen in the near future! We can run 7 to 10 days with no breakdowns, and when we are running, the job entails monitoring the refractor to ensure everything is running smoothly. Once we have a breakdown, we shut down to do the needed repairs to get going again. This is where the Trade Skills come into play. The repair may take half a day to 4 days, depending on which part of the refractor is down. We need two or 3 able individuals who enjoy working with their hands and would like to join a team that will make a difference in the world very soon! We will need more Teams as we grow!
