Fleet & Warehouse Coordinator for Electrical Contractor (santa clara)

Company: We are a rapidly growing electrical contractor specializing in Lighting Maintenance for commercial properties and multi-family communities. We are looking for the right individual to join our team. Position Overview This role supports our warehouse and fleet operations. The Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator helps ensure materials, equipment, and vehicles are organized, clean, and ready to support our projects. Responsibilities Clean and organize the yard and warehouse Receive stock, manage inventory, and prepare reorder purchase orders Inventory and stock transfers between warehouse, storage units, and vehicles Stage and pull materials for upcoming projects Break down and sort materials for disposal Perform weekly inspections on 30+ fleet vehicles (oil/fluid levels, tires, cab clean-up, minor repairs) Assist with vehicle maintenance and periodic repairs Pick up orders from suppliers as needed Drive company vehicle to various job sites, or repair shops Schedule Full-Time: 4 days per week, 4x 10-hour shifts Wednesday - Saturday Part-Time: Minimum of 2 days per week, 8-hour shifts. Friday-Saturday Job Requirements Must have a valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record (required) Experience with vehicle repairs and maintenance preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 30 ft Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally Experience driving larger trucks (Ford F450, F550, and trailers etc.) is a plus Must be able to pass an online OSHA 10 exam (provided if not already completed) How to Apply If you meet or exceed these requirements and have the relevant training or experience, please send your resume to the email address provided.
