About the Role: We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to clients ranging from infants to young adults (ages 0–18) in Colorado Springs, CO. You’ll play a vital role in helping children build independence and meet developmental milestones in a comfortable home environment. We are a busy Real Estate Company (Apartments & Commercial) in Norfolk County looking for an experienced full-time maintenance person to join our company. Must have knowledge of plumbing, painting, carpentry, minor appliance repair, basic HVAC, flooring, garbage disposal install, tools and equipment related to maintenance, & overall property maintenance. Duties include but not limited to- apartment turn-overs- from painting to cleaning, building inspections, grounds upkeep, snow removal, daily maintenance requests, working with tenants, assisting outside sub-contractors, preventative maintenance, garbage removal, rug cleaning, replacing appliances. The ideal candidate should be able to complete tasks given in a timely manner and communicate to office if further work is needed.
