We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Personal Assistant to support both businesses with day-to-day tasks. This role is part-time with flexible hours, averaging 20 hours per week (80 hours per month). Responsibilities: ✨Catering Business: * Kitchen support: dishwashing, cleaning, assisting with prep in Kapaa * Kitchen support & service at vacation rentals (Princeville or Poipu mostly) * Post-event cleanup in Kapaa and vacation rentals * Shopping at Costco, Hoku, and local Farmers’ markets. ✨Sustainable Clothing & Accessories Business: * Running our booth at farmers markets in the north shore (setup, sales, breakdown) Requirements: * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs * Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented * Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed * Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants & retail, or farmer’s markets a plus but not required Compensation & Terms: * We offer a fixed monthly stipend for this part-time contract role (~20 hrs/week).
