We are looking for regular help on our farm. The majority of the work will be with dogs in our kennel, but we also have horses that you will need to be comfortable caring for. If you have prior horse experience there can be more opportunities to work with them. Consulting experience with integration activities across several functional areas is desired and should include any of the following: operations, product, engineering, finance/acctg or human resources exposure. Industry exposure in telecommunications, broadband or cable industry is required knowledge for this role. Ability to be on site several days per week or travel to be on site in the Northeast. Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet are required. Proven knowledge of project management methodology such as Agile, scrum. Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive presence. Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures. Excellent oral and written communications skills to stakeholders including the ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to think critically and process information quickly, presenting a succinct and insightful format for executives.
