Delivery Supervisor - Beer, Wine, and Spirits - (The Odom Corporation) (Aiea)

Salary - $65,000 - $75,000 DOE plus bonus potential Up to 128 hours of Paid Time Off Annually to start (13 days) $1,000 Aiea Delivery Bonus (Paid at successful completion of 30 & 120 days of employment)  $500 Sign-On Bonus (Paid at successful completion of 60 days of employment)  $500 Retention Bonuses (Paid at successful completion of 6-month & 12-month of employment) 9 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) with Employer match Job Description This position directly supervises assigned delivery staff and includes training, planning, informing, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems through superior leadership. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Is responsible for vacation and personal leave coverage for delivery staff. • Reads and efficiently works from routing manifest to delivering products to customers using truck, forklift, pallet jack and/or hand truck. • Accurately records invoices, credits, or other instructional information on the truck route manifest, complying with any special instructions for proper and efficient delivery. • Safely and efficiently delivers products to customers per instructions on manifest. • Collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions on customer receipt. • Maintains accurate records of route, follows check-in procedures, verifying accurate payment for invoices and checks in any returned product. • Assist customers during delivery as needed. • Follow correct procedures to document customer receipt of product, omission, or error; collect payment as appropriate. • Listen to service complaints. • Place stock on shelves or racks. • Collects or picks up empty containers, rejects, or unsold merchandise. • Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery. • Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspection of assigned vehicle and complete pre-trip/post-trip report; distribute as directed. • Suggests and implements for the warehouse and company to improve profits, improve quality, and improve service. Job Requirements • CDL class A required • Clean driving record, no SR22 insurance. • Copies of your CDL and DMV record required prior to start. • Excellent communication, both written and verbal. • Beverage delivery experience preferred. • Good customer relations skills.
