🔨 Multi-Trade Skilled Construction & Maintenance Pro $25–$35/hr (LOS ANGELES / SFV / SGV)

We are a busy Los Angeles–based commercial general contractor specializing in: • Commercial construction – offices, restaurants, retail, tenant improvements • Ongoing building maintenance – multi-unit and commercial properties • Select residential remodels – high-quality kitchens, baths, and additions We work on everything from high-end commercial buildouts to hands-on maintenance calls, and we’re looking for well-rounded, experienced tradespeople who can work independently and deliver quality results every time. ✅ About the Role You’ll be tackling a mix of commercial TI projects, building maintenance service calls, and small remodels.
