All day time hours - Monday through Friday. • Starting pay: $20+ hour for cleaning time with additional bonus options + trip charges • Can pay as W2 or 1099. I do not pay in cash. Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and performing other basic plumbing tasks. Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches, and performing minor electrical repairs. Carpentry: Performing light carpentry work, such as building cabinets or repairing wooden structures like fences and decks. Autumn weeks average over 50 hours each week with billions of leaves to move! Previous techs have earned almost $40,000 for nine months work. Applicants must be detail oriented and be able to demonstrate their experience & skills using lawn mowers, lawn edgers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, etc. A VALID driver's license is a plus. Looking for a mechanic who is able to keep up with maintenance and repair of a fleet of vehicles (Mostly 3/4 ton trucks) as well as small equipment. The ability to adapt to different equipment and projects will be very helpful. This is a year round position. We are a landscape contracting company that has been in business for 25 years and still growing! There will be times that you will need to go out on the road to do repairs. You must be able to run and manage our shop, ordering supplies, shopping parts and make decisions on the best way to handle problems and breakdowns.
