Location: · Pittsburgh Market · Cleveland Market Responsibilities: Responsible for regulatory code requirements, safety procedures & techniques Review work order and all instructions/drawings before leaving on assignments to identify any issues or incorrect materials Responsible for the installation of the windows, doors, exterior/interior trim and apply clean caulking line; QUALITY job is completed in a safe and timely manner Interact with customers in a knowledgeable professional manner, for the best installation experience for our customers Ensure vehicle being driven is fully equipped with all necessary parts, products, tools, and resources necessary to complete assigned projects Bending aluminum/use of a brake Assist with the unloading of delivery trucks Qualifications: Will consider 1-2 years prior experience in window & door installation with the right attitude and ability to learn and grow Preferred to have a solid 5 years’ experience or more but not required High School diploma or GED required, associate degree or trade school experience in construction or related field preferred Experience in the use of a brake, and other hand tools such as a utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc. Good driving record Basic math abilities including using a tape measure, converting metrics to fractions, calculations percentages and angles Excellent oral and written communication skills History and passion for high quality workmanship Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. Pay / Incentives: · Installer will receive standard pay plus incentives and bonus · Bonuses and incentives based on individuals work and quality of work · Salary ranges from $70,000 - $100,000 Job Type: Full-time

Looking for someone who doesn't travel much. If you tend to go away on weekends and during holidays a lot this is not a position for you since our high season is during the holidays and weekends when clients travel and when you will make the most money. Compensation : $12 - $16 varies per assignment not paid by the hour - Perfect position for supplemental income. On average you can make $22 an hour (does not include travel time), but you must put in the work! The more you work the more you make. We are in need for reliable Pet Sitters with flexible schedules to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about animals and has some experience caring for pets in a professional setting. You will be walking medium - large dogs. Responsibilities include providing basic care such as feeding, walking, and playing with the animals, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and has a deep love for animals. Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and comfortable environment for pets. - Be able to recognize signs of illness or distress in animals. - Provide basic care such as feeding, walking, and cleaning up after pets. (picking up poop & scooping litter boxes) - Administer medications as prescribed by the pet's veterinarian. - Send messages to clients of pet care activities. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for pets. - Follow safety protocols when handling animals. - Currently looking to cover these areas: Bushwick/ Bedford Stuyvesant / Crown Heights Between the hours of 2PM - 9PM We are open between 7AM - 9PM. Your Dog walk availability: 1PM - 7PM Monday - Friday and sometimes weekends. Your cat sitting availability: 1PM - 9PM Monday to Friday 8AM - 9PM Saturday - Sunday Cat sitting - Morning Visits and Evening Visits In order to work you have to open availability during these times. You will not work the whole shift just have to be available. Your first 6 months are a probation period. If you work well and fit with my business, I will keep you on long term and a possible raise based on performance and how much work you take on. Possible bonus at end of contract. Independent contractor position - background check - contract to sign - able to commit 6 months minimum - Have a fairly flexible schedule - perfect position for freelancers/remote workers/college students Misc-1099 given at the end of the year. - you will pay your own taxes The type of work: - Must be comfortable with cats, other small pets, dogs of all sizes and breeds. Other Requirements: - Have your own form of transportation -Any form: bike, electric scooter, car - this is the best way for you to get around to jobs quicker. You will be punching in and out of our app for jobs. -Taking videos and pics for clients. -Note - This should not be your only source of income. This is a part-time job with part-time pay.
