$700 / 1br - Looking for Subleaser ~$700/month with utilities included (Woodfin)

A nice, gated community just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and a couple miles from Weaverville. Gym, pool, fire pit, community grill on property. Top floor apartment with a good view. The room is average size with a fairly large closet. Washer and dryer in apartment. Bathroom is shared with one roommate. Other roommates (a couple) have a private bathroom. Rent is usually $623 a month (including water, electric and trash), and electric is anywhere between $30 to $75 a month depending on the time of year. I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I am moving for work. Roommates are quiet and courteous, the couple does have a dog that is usually in their room and I never hear her. Fairly standard day shift schedules for everyone, and the community has quiet hours past 11 pm I believe. Available October 27th.
