This role oversees service technicians, coordinates daily schedules, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and acts as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and company leadership. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians and support staff. Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety meetings. Stay current with HVAC industry trends, certifications, and regulations. Qualifications: 5+ years of HVAC service experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management role. Strong technical knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Business acumen with understanding of P&L, KPIs, and budgeting. EPA Universal Certification (preferred). Valid driver’s license with clean record. Performance Metrics (KPIs): Customer satisfaction and retention rates. Service revenue growth and profitability.
