Description

The Reset Representative performs resets and/or rack or display placements as designated by pre-established plan-o-grams. Job Responsibilities Set and/or reset stores using established plan-o-grams at customer locations either individually or part of a team. Makes decisions and presents workable solutions as issues arise during reset activity to ensure customer satisfaction. An example includes recreating the plan-o-gram onsite if improvements or adjustments are needed. Ensures package, brand, tagging, and appropriate pricing are reflected in the store sets. Provides adequate communication to the customer on changes to store because of reset activity and responsible for meeting retailer needs before and after the reset. Work collaboratively with team members when organizing the reset activities during store resets. Treat teammates with respect and courtesy, value the diversity of perspectives and skills within the team. Maintains a safe and unobstructed work environment during reset activities. Maintains and secures company assets, tools, and equipment. Adheres to the safety policies and guidelines. Perform other duties as directed including merchandising, assisting with delivery, working in the warehouse, and other similar work as requested. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year of work experience required. Prior experience in inventory or purchasing required. Familiarity with beverage industry and distribution center operations preferred. Experience with Excel preferred. Effective communication skills. Prior experience using a forklift, pallet jack, or high loader preferred. Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required. Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines including no major violations within the last three years. Class-E Driver’s license required (Missouri drivers/locations only). The LightEn Center of Consciousness & Action (LCCA) is a new retreat center in the Blue Ridge mountains in Marshall, North Carolina, set to open in Fall 2025. LCCA will serve as a soul-focused sanctuary and learning center for individual and collective growth, exploration and transformation, focused on catalyzing the evolution of consciousness needed to solve humanity’s greatest challenges. The Center will host current and emerging leaders to cultivate and deepen the inner work needed to be more effective change agents in the world. LCCA is the home of LightEn US, which is part of the overall LightEn network. OVERVIEW: LightEn’s team is collectively working to deliver on an ambitious and world-changing mission, providing a world-class culture through a purpose driven lens. Further, this project is truly one-of-a-kind and is led by an extraordinary vision of its founders, transforming everyone who takes part. The Steward role represents an exceptional opportunity for a diligent and guest-focused professional to join LightEn US in its start-up phase. LCCA is located in Marshall, NC, approximately 30-minutes north of Asheville. Within the 489-acre property, the center is comprised of approximately 125 structures (existing + planned) spanning 100 acres. The center features 76 guest cabins, two teaching spaces, an 8500+ sq ft spa, fitness center, auditorium, event space, dining hall, horticultural complex including a greenhouse & 2 acre garden, and over 7.5 miles of hiking trails. Future phases of the project include an additional 30 guest cabins, a third teaching space, and team member accommodations; including a housing complex, cafeteria, and wellness center for staff use. Currently, there are about 20 LCCA team members, and we are forecasted to grow to over 50 team members by late-2025. The Stewards will report to the Sous Chef as part of the Food & Beverage Team in creating an exceptional dining experience for all who enter the dining hall, which is called the Kitchen Table. In addition to the core competencies outlined below, the right candidate will have resonance with LightEn’s vision, be flexible, have a desire to learn, maintain a willingness to contribute when needed, and an ability to lead from a place of inclusiveness, kindness and service.
