Main responsibilities: - Following recipes and instructions from shift leads and chefs, ensuring food safety - Setting up and breaking down station with necessary supplies, operate various kitchen equipment, including ovens, grill, etc... - Preparing dishes and cooking ingredients including cleaning, chopping, and cutting foods, ensuring plate dishes are attractively garnished - Maintaining high sanitary and organizational standards, perform opening and closing cleaning duties as assigned - Comply with all company policies, rules, regulations regarding safety, personal hygiene, operational methods and food safety guidelines. - Working with speed and a good attitude.
