Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria: 1. Being friendly and well-groomed appearance at all times. 2. Prior experience in Management position for at least 5 years in food / hospitality service. 3. Fluent in English 4. Possess all legal documentation 5. Strong team player with problem-solving skills, , improvement skills, motivated & energetic, 6. Training skills, Cooking skills, Front of the house experience, Very well organized and disciplined, Team leader, Innovation and ideas for improvements 7. Computer/Marketing skills, Perfection in keeping the books, employee cost & Food cost. 8. Plate presentation skills, quality control skill. 9. Love to be with people and team members. 10. Detail oriented, cook with passion, being an examples for other team members. 11. Knowledge of health & safety regulations 12.
