Dishwasher Wash dishes and returns dishware to right station. Cleaning of station at end of shift. Empty trash, sweep, mop and scrub floors and kitchen area. General restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed. Identify and report inventory required for reordering, maintain a clean, safe and organized work area. Food Prep Help prepare foods - wrap lau lau etc.. Measure and scale ingredients Wash vegetables and rice Maintain a clean, safe and organized cooking area Other food prep work, depending on skill set and desire to learn - training available Perform other duties as required by management Summary We are hiring several part time positions for the Dishwasher / Food Preparer position.
