Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in the hospitality or entertainment industry. • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation standards. • Ability to work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a theater that operates 365 days a year. • Capability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. • ServSafe certification (or ability to pass Manager ServSafe test). • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation, with the vehicle remaining on-site during shifts. • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Must be able to pass a Background Check.
