Greeting customers, answering phone, questions, providing assistance, and resolving complaints or issues Managing cash drawers, making change, and ensuring accurate cash counts at the beginning and end of shifts. Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Assisting with returns, exchanges, or other customer requests, and potentially stocking shelves or other tasks as needed.
