Located in the heart of Downtown Napa, the Bounty Hunter Wine Bar & Smokin' BBQ is a place where you can enjoy food, wine, and spirits. We are voted Best BBQ in Napa Valley, offering an impressive selection of fine wines and a full bar with a creative cocktail menu. Perfect for a business lunch or dinner, dining with a group of friends or a fun date night out! We boast a wine list of small selective producers from California as well as international wines, available to enjoy with a meal or to purchase from our retail shop to take home. We are looking to hire hardworking, energetic individuals who pride themselves on hospitality, product knowledge and creating a positive and productive working environment. We will be hiring for the following positions: Servers Position Requirements: - The position requires an experienced server with 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant - Excitement about our brand and product - A hard-working team player who values and works with honesty and integrity - Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with management and fellow team members - Ability to work quickly and efficiently, experience working in a fast-paced dining environment - Passion for hospitality and FOH team members must possess a strong food and wine knowledge - Bar tending experience a plus - Demonstrate a strong knowledge of common cocktails - Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations - Perform calmly and efficiently in a high-volume environment - Must be able to carry boxes and lift up to 30lbs - Must have or be able to obtain all necessary certifications including – RBS Training (FOH only), Sexual Harassment Certification, Manager Food Handlers Certification Ideal Candidates Provide: - Comprehensive knowledge of & passion for food, wine, cocktails, & beer - Experience with the Toast PoS system - 2+ years of server experience Please send a resume and cover letter indicating WHICH position you are interested in!
